Gregg A. Wisotsky received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in 1987, where he majored in Economics and was accepted in the Scholars and Honors program. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, Georgia in 1990. While attending Emory University he was an active member of the Moot Court Society.

After graduating from law school Gregg moved to New Jersey where he sat for both the New York and New Jersey Bar examinations. Currently, he is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey and is authorized to appear in the trial and appellate courts in both states. Additionally he is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the district of New Jersey.

I have the legal knowledge and experience to bring cases to successful results, but am not stuffy or elitist. I am equally comfortable interacting with brain surgeons and construction workers, CEO's of major corporations and laborers.

I am a regular person fortunate to do what I love, and who happens to be an attorney. I have a wife and four awesome children. My personal experiences have allowed me to be empathetic to people who have suffered a personal injury.

In the field of criminal defense, I live by the axiom that people are presumed innocent until proven guilty. I understand that innocent people are charged with crimes, that people who have limited culpability are often over-charged, and that even the guilty need someone to stand up for their rights. I provide a strong, non-judgmental defense to all of my clients.

I have 17 years experience as a licensed attorney. I am licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey. I have been appointed to the Board of Governors for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New Jersey (ATLA-NJ). Additionally, I have been appointed to be Co-Chair of the Criminal and Municipal Court section of ATLA-NJ. I am also a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey (ACDL-NJ).

I am happily married with four beautiful children, David, Jason, Nicolette, and Jessica. I actively participates in my children's athletic, musical and academic endeavors.

I also enjoy playing golf as often as possible and am a passionate Harley Davidson owner. I routinely enjoy traveling the countryside on my motorcycle with my wife and companion, Linda Wisotsky.
