Criminal Defense & Personal Injury Attorney

Gregg A. Wisotsky received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in 1987, where he majored in Economics and was accepted in the Scholars and Honors program. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta , Georgia in 1990. While attending Emory University he was an active member of the Moot Court Society.

After graduating from law school Gregg moved to New Jersey where he sat for both the New York and New Jersey Bar examinations. Currently, he is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey and is authorized to appear in the trial and appellate courts in both states. Additionally he is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the district of New Jersey.

At the Law Offices of Gregg A. Wisotsky, we have the legal knowledge and experience to bring cases to successful results, but are not stuffy or elitist. We are equally comfortable interacting with brain surgeons and construction workers, CEO’s of major corporations and laborers.

We are regular people fortunate to do what we love, and who happen to be attorneys. Gregg Wisotsky has a wife and four awesome children. His personal experiences have allowed him to be empathetic to people who have suffered a personal injury.

In the field of criminal defense, we live by the axiom that people are presumed innocent until proven guilty. We understand that innocent people are charged with crimes, that people who have limited culpability are often over-charged, and that even the guilty need someone to stand up for their rights. We provide a strong, non-judgmental defense to all of our clients.

Any attorney with integrity will tell you that they cannot promise a particular result in any particular case. However, a caring and skilled attorney will be able to point to their experience and their credentials as proof of their merit. We are distinguished by our experience, results, and the respect we have earned from legal professionals and the local community.

Gregg Wisotsky has over 22 years experience as a licensed attorney. He is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.  He has been appointed to the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association of Justice, (NJAJ). Additionally, he has been appointed to be Co-Chair of the Criminal and Municipal Court section of (NJAJ). He is also a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey (ACDL-NJ).

Gregg Wisotsky is happily married with four beautiful children, David, Jason, Nicolette, and Jessica.  He actively participates in his children’s athletic, musical and academic endeavors.

He also enjoys playing golf as often as possible and was until fairly recently a passionate Harley Davidson owner. He routinely enjoyed traveling the countryside on my motorcycle with his wife and companion, Linda Wisotsky.
